Pitched Roof Replacement
Logic Contract Services were selected to carry out Pitched Roof Replacement Works at an Infant School in Berkshire as part of our clients schools improvement services and on going drive to reduce carbon emissions.
Logic has successfully completed the installation of pitched roof renewals, repairs and associated works across three separate roof areas of the school during the summer term break. Works included but not limited to:
- – Removal of existing tiles, batten and felt.
- – Pitched roof replacements and associated works.
- – Pitched roof structure repairs.
- – Replacement of rain water goods.
- – Replacement of facias, soffits and bargeboards.
- – Leadwork, including, flashing’s, soakers and valleys.
- – New insulation.
- – Water proof coverings.
- – Building control inspections and associated matters.
- – Scaffolding and alternative methodologies in high level access.
- – Traffic management
