Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service - Refurbishments
Logic Contract Services were delighted to be selected as the Principal Contractor to carry out Refurbishment works part of our clients estates development plan and fire safety compliance initiatives.
Logic has successfully completed the refurbishment and minor layout alteration works to selected areas of Slough Fire Station. The works included but limited to:
- – Refurbishment/conversion of Male WC & showers to 4 individual WC & shower rooms.
- – Refurbishment/conversion of existing Accessible shower and circulation area to Red Wash
- – Shower and swim locker storage area.
- – Refurbishment of kit room and installation of new Geargrid lockers.
- – Refurbishment of locker room and installation of new lockers.
- – Erection of new stud partitioning walls to dormitories to form 9 individual bedrooms.
- – Conversion of current lobby to new Accessible WC & shower area with new drainage connection.
- – New partition wall and entrance to Office with full refurbishment.
- – Refurbishment of Offices 2 and 3.
- – Conversion of current drying room to new clean side laundry room.
- – Removal of existing door to lobby and installation of new entrance door to Office 1.
- – Refurbishment/conversion of first floor WC to new WC & shower
- – Conversion of existing pole drop to new WC.
- – Refurbishment of the first floor mess room and construction of partition walls to form a new meeting room.
- – Refurbishment of dirty side laundry room
