Boiler Room Replacement

This project involved the complete overhaul of a failed boiler system, including the removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services, and the installation of new gas-fired boilers and associated infrastructure. The new system serves 74 flats across two buildings, providing heating and hot water through a network of heat interface units and communal area systems.

  • – The drain down and strip out of the redundant mechanical, electrical and control services
  • – Installation of new gas fired boilers and a communal HWS plate/buffer vessel.
  • – Installation of a new flue system for the boiler plant, utilising the existing main flue
  • – Installation of two identical primary and buffer/secondary circuits up and including the buffer vessels
  • – Design, installation and commissioning of all controls and associated electrical works associated with the mechanical services installation

“Logic Contract Services Ltd carried out this plantroom replacement as per specification with integrity, maintaining a great standard of workmanship.
The team on site evidenced the correct values and behaviours, setting a benchmark for the performance standards expected for forthcoming contracted commercial installations.”
